At Avela Shop-il, we want you to love every piece you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Avela account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with their original tags attached into the original shipping packaging or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
